Currently getting the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Diana is great. Super gentle and friendly. Looking forward to warmer weather and more pedicures.
Tools aren’t cleaned or sanitized properly. I got infections and had problems on a few of my fingers.
I've been a regular customer for a few years. I think they do a good job with pedicures and hard gel manicures. I am very picky when it comes to nails, but I am leaving this place happy each time I visit. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly.
Manicures and pedicures are phenomenal. Service is wonderful. The staff is kind and courteous. I switched from a salon that I had been going to for 5 years to Best Nails.
I have given this place a few tries. They are on the pricey side but the space is clean, and the staff is friendly and it is easy to get an appointment. The reason I am giving a 3 star review is that each time I have gone my almost 40 dollar gel manicure chips within the first week. I'm sure they would fix it if I went back but this problem shouldn't be happening in the first place. I will now start to look for a new nail place.
