Demands deposit up front. Doesn’t turn up in time. Stuffed around the day because we had been communicating directly and locked in the date and then without notifying me they sent an email demanding deposit be paid up front to secure the date (which I missed). Was told I would be getting two people for 6hours and got two people for less than two hours for a ready-for-sale clean. No attention to detail ie, didn’t vacuum under side tables/coffe tables or clean bathroom walls etc etc. lol, also tried to charge more to vacuum! C... read more
