Roaches, Negligence, and Incompetence. Left my items here for 3 weeks during a period where I had to move out and in to a new apartment. When I come back, there are signs of roaches all around my unit. Roaches in the traps I set, around adjacent units, and in other peoples units. Management “handled” the problem, not professionally, but with a single bug bomb. Left stuff here for less than two weeks and our stuff got infested with roaches
I've been renting here for 3 months and I have had a trusting relationship build here. Customer service is wonderful and the security guard makes his rounds religiously EVERYDAY! I paid 3 months in advance and just upgraded to a larger unit.
