Made my order on May 30 2025 its now Oct 17. Still nothing. This is my 3rd order. They have great prices and the delivery would usually take a month but 4.5 months is not acceptable. Almost no communication, E-mails not returned and phone mailbox full. Called 10/9 they said oops lost your order it will ship on 10/10. I live in Stockton they are outside San Diego they said it will be here on Monday, nope. Giving them till 10/24 then I will request a refund through PayPal. Leo took advantage of so many people. Like them, we also prepaid over $11,000 for a truckload of Mexican pebbles, that was 3 months ago. They don’t answer the phone or text. It’s outrageous and criminal. They need to be held accountable for this. They dare to say that one of the bad reviews was a scam on another review site. We are not! we have proof of the wire transfer we sent to them.
SCAM—-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Same happened to me as others have stated. I ordered months ago before the negative reviews were placed. I have paid in full and now radio silence. No delivery and my money was taken.
They required up front payment but I did not receive my product when promised which caused me to miss deadlines to my customers. Once I receive the return of my payment, I will delete this post. But until then, I will continue to let those who care to know MY experiences. Still no refund of my payment. This is an ongoing saga with Leo and Sandra. I don't know how to get their attention.
