Rude on the phone :/ Hung up on me immediately after very quickly saying 'well be there' and I'm a bit hard of hearing. I had no idea what they said and couldn't ask. And when I called back they said it very quickly again, and then hung up immediately. Never said a time :/ Driver's are a rude too, like I kicked their dog for asking for medical transport. Very impatient. But they don't bother with useless small talk, which in my opinion is like having my hand out over an open flame, so I appreciate that at least.

Simply the best! Harold at Best Medical Transport is caring, compassionate and professional while providing quality Medical transportation at reasonable rates. We use Harold's service for all of mom's medical appointments and he is always prompt with a reminder call the day prior and provides a safe and pleasurable ride for mom. Harold's customer service skills are stellar and he also has a second driver, John, who also has the same qualities. A terrific company and great people. Highly recommended! 👍 👌

I have been using Harold for transportation to medical appointments and social events including my youngest son’s wedding since 2021. He is exceptional! He is very courteous, a very safe driver and always 15 minutes early for scheduled pickups. I am in a wheelchair and Harold not only drives me to and from appointments or events but also is a companion during my medical appointment or an event. I highly recommend Harold. You will be fortunate, as I am, to have found him and his company.

I am glad to find the best transport in town! Harold transported my mom to her appointment and he was very punctual, nice and helpful. And, he had the best prices around!
