I've never had such a terrible experience in a mattress store, Bill was very rude and walked away when I knew what I wanted to go help someone else when they walked even, I've done business at the montecito location and was not charged for delivery but when spending more money at this location he didnt mention this and refused to waive it after. How do I spend $600+ at the other store and it come with free delivery but spend $1000+ here and they want $50 go to any other best mattress and you will be ok just NOT here.
