I started dealing with Best a month or two ago and boy are we glad! The customer service from a phone call to picking up materials is amazing. Delivery is super fast and unlike a lot of these other company’s they don’t just drop it at the curb, they’ll take each pallet of material to where you want it in a job site. What a great experience today! Best Materials was extremely thorough from the time I called in to request an order for mulch, to the approximate delivery schedule, then showed up right as scheduled, stepped out of the delivery truck and shock my hand to greet me and ask me how my day was going, helped me place my tarp down where the mulch was to be placed and carefully ensured time after time that it was falling into the right place.
