Worst receptionist at this facility. My mom should be getting a senior discount and they remove it without even letting us know. They just raise the price on a unit we have had for years with them. Planning on moving to another facility. Tired of all the BS at this facility. It isn't even a star either, but it doesn't let me submit with a 0 star for service.
I have been paying rent on time for over 2 years, but when it came time to move out, the manager was not on site and did not return my calls or call me when I left a written note. I tried for two days. I was forced to pay an extra month of rent that was due the third day. Shady business.
