Not good service for buying
Had a problem with my older Honda self propelled mower …started with the Parts department who were very helpful in letting me know about parts availability…from there went over to the Service department and Zack advised me on the possible cost and time frame to repair…..he called me later that day, just as he said he would, with more specific details on what to expect …after I dropped off the mower for repairs I received two more calls from him with updates….the work was done sooner than expected and to my satisfaction….Zack... read more
Recently purchased a tire from them. When I noticed the freight charge was almost as much as the tire. No wonder they don’t include freight charges in parts estimate. For 40 years I have tried to support our local brick and mortar businesses, but when you can buy 2 online for a 1/3 of the price, you’re gonna lose customers.
we have had multiple of our bobcat machines at best line for work and other repairs and Warranty. Zack Bulkley has been very helpful and reliable with making sure that everything is back running the way it should. Very good with updates on equipment and when it will be done. Very satisfied with the service.
I had 2 of my main T770’s go down, I called Zack at best line told him I needed at least 1 back ASAP. Zack was up front about it no guarantees but did everything in his power to get the one T770 back to me THAT DAY! Ensured me I would have my other T770 back by Friday! Zack is a great dude can’t wait to work with him more in the future. He also introduced me to Chris and Dave, these guys were happy to educate me and show me the issues.
