My Bobcat A300 sprung a hydraulic leak last Saturday morning. I had a big job lined up with 3 subcontractors waiting for the machine. We would have been cripped without the loader. I called Zack in service and pulled up with the machine 25 minutes later. He pulled 2 mechanics off the jobs they were doing and I was heading for the job in less than an hour.
