We just had our mower serviced at Best Line, Bill Barber and Zack Buckley in the West Chester location were so helpful in getting it in the repair shop quickly, giving us a very fair estimate, and returning the mower just in time to cut up all of the fall leaves. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Best Line Equipment Co.
I dealt with Bill B. in the rental department in the Best Line West Chester, PA location. Bill was excellent in every way. Bill was responsive, courteous and handled an issue extremely well. I can tell Bill is an outstanding manager and is a credit to Best Line. The service I received from Bill will make we want to return to Best Line for my rental needs.
