Purchased a new UV from Best Line and the experience was fantastic. Cyrus was great to work with, a solid communicator who understands the customer journey well. He delivered well-ahead of schedule and was accommodating of some specific requests I made that were challenging. This was my second attempt to deal with Bestline. First was dropping off my zero turn mower for an issue. After four weeks sitting in their parking lot with no one ever looking at it to even diagnose the issue I picked it up and took it elsewhere and they had it back to me working in four days. I called to see if they had parts in stock. They did not so I was told they would order them spoiler alert… they didn’t so I called again still didn’t so the third time they promised they would be there tommr and low and behold they were there and then they charged me for overnight freight so when I complained about it to the manager he snatched the parts that I already payed for out my hands cause he was upset and said he will refund me. I said I never asked you to do that I just want you to acknowledge that you made a mist... read more
