Very disappointing, no ability to walk in and set an appointment, can not even meet a councilor unless you pay them, my child has a rather severe anxiety disorder and needs counseling but they would do nothing to put him at ease prior to "filling out insurance payment" The excuse was patient confidentiality, but if you office is so small and the walls so thin that no one can even sit in the lobby without a violation I suggest that maybe the facilities are inadequate. Emily Albright has the biggest heart and always makes me feel genuinely heard and understood. One of the things I appreciate most about her is that she asks thoughtful questions that challenge me without making me feel overwhelmed.
