when i first walked in it smelt really good lol, the people in the front desk were very nice and spoke to me nicely. once we moved on to see my primary doctor i was relieved because she was so nice! i usually have a fear of grumpy old doctors but she was awesome. already booked my second appointment to i definitely will be coming back.

I was referred to the Port St. Lucie office by the Palm City location after a very frustrating experience involving medication refills and lack of continuity of care after my previous provider left the practice. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tanner Belden under the understanding that I simply needed to establish care with him so my ongoing prescriptions could be continued. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. The NP is very timely in her instructions, make sure you understand what she's explaining to you and ask if you have any questions. It makes me feel that she is listening to my complaints, I didn't feel rushed. That's the kind of provider I like. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like a person. She takes time and go through my results with me and explain what I should do differently.

As a new patient to this practice after relocating from Virginia to Florida, I want to express how pleased I am with the care provided by Masisi Willis Jones. She is compassionate, thorough, relatable, and highly professional. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and makes you feel genuinely cared for.
