Been a tenant for over four years. Management has been very responsive especially when maintenance issues come up.

This place doesn't have washer or dryer hook ups. But there is a laundry place on area. A one bed room is $657 which is to much with only one person living in the location.

They were always very friendly to us and we never gave them any problems but it's going on a year and we still haven't gotten our deposit back. Every attempt has been made to contact them and when they finally responded once I was told that the person who handles the deposits was out of town and to call back Monday. I called again and still haven't heard from them. Very frustrating especially when that money could really be helpful right now.

They have 300 properties and insufficient management of it all. Know your landlord/tenant rights and hold them accountable for what they say.I was told that have up to 60 days to give me my deposit and that is untrue. They have up to 60 days to claim past due rent and damage charges but do not have a right to hold it if you are cleared of such. 3 weeks later and after I was told I'd get it soon, soon and soon...
