Worst attorney ever. Was going through a hard divorce and she assured me they would fight for me. After almost a year of doing nothing and not returning calls I gave up and retained another lawyer. Lost a lot of money from her retainer which I was scraping by. Winds up she went to work for my ex wife’s attorney and my new lawyer filed a conflict of interest. My ex then had to get a new lawyer also, which was ok since my divorce was then quickly resolved.
The WORST experience ever with a lawyer! I’m only giving one star because I had to in order to write this. Susan best is unorganized and does not keep up with her paralegals or cases. Our whole step parent adoption process was ruin because of incompetency and laziness on susan best’s part. Her paralegal at the time Amy intentionally held up our process by not submitting documents to the court. Susan Best of course knew nothing about it and never tried to contact me. I spoke to her maybe 3 times in a whole year time frame. I ... read more
