Very good experience. John did an excellent job of showing vehicles and explaining details. He and the dealership worked with me in every way to help me purchase a car. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Best Kia to anyone purchasing a car.
Bought new and used cars from Best. both experiences were great. No real pressure. Prices were better than other dealers. Good service after sale.
Within 1 hour of calling to schedule the 15,000 mile service on my vehicle, I was sitting in the waiting room with a cup of coffee in my hand. Speaking with the Service COnsultant was a pleasurable experience and it took about 5 minutes for us to come to agreement on what was to be done to the vehicle and what discounts I had available. We have purchased many cars, but have never been treated as nice as we were at Best Kia in Easley, SC. There was no pressure and we felt that the sales person, Dominic Gibbs, and the financial advisor to make the deal were both cordial to work with. Obtain aggressive internet pricing. After reviewing available model dealership meet quoted price. Spoke very highly for dealership intergity and honesty. Purchased vehicle on the spot. Sales rep John was extremely personable and informative without being high pressure. Best car buying experiece I have had in many, many years.
