I hired Best Refinishers in December to refinish my cast iron tub. They sent a very professional sales man (Mike) out to give me the initial quote. He seemed trustworthy, was helpful and gave me a fair price on the project. Then, when the refinisher was scheduled to come complete the project, this was delayed several times. I recently bought a house and the previous owner used this company to put in a new bathtub. When we used the bathtub there was always water leaking into our garage. A plumber told us that the bathtub had been fitted incorrectly and was causing the issue. Malcolm was scheduled to come out and look at it in February but was a no call no show.
