Charlie has always provided me with friendly and speedy service - I go to him anytime a stone is loose (or lost), or if a ring needs sized, etc.. He has even personally made me a ring for my daughter, at his in-house lab and she LOVED it!! I love browsing his huge selection of antique and estate jewelry, all at very good prices. I've never had a bad experience there. 'Guess that's why I keep going back

...Yeah he just hung up on me when I was trying to calculate the price of gold... And then he hung up in my face when I tried to call him back and explain to him that it costs gas money and I had to calculate how much it cost to get up there.
He has a really good personality, great prices, and excellent service
