I reached out to Best Jet because I needed my septic tank pumped. They came out and were so kind, knowledgeable, and got the job done! I highly recommend!!!!!
I recommend this company and their service! Johnathan cleaned out our blockage in less than 5 minutes- WOW!!!!! He ran the jet cleaner from the septic drain clean-out, which is ok but I later asked that they come back and clean out the line from the septic. I called Bertha and she was great! Jonathan came back the the same day I made the request, accessed the septic tank, removed the baffle and did a thorough cleaning of the line at no extra cost. Wonderful company and service! We were given a 2 hour window and they showed up within that time. Great work, had no problems communicating with the owner and worker. Fixed our issues quicker than previous companies I've used. I would recommend Best Jet 110%.
