It's been a journey, they came out for a backed up bath tub, ended up pulling a toilet to locate the Septic, they pumped it and a month later it happened again. Later a second pump and a locate on the d box. The d box turned out to be collapsed and the pipe between the tank and it had also collapsed. Its been about $2200 dollars all said and done (2 pumps, 1 septic locate, 1 d box locate, and a dig up and pipe replacement) and 2 months. Up front & didn’t try to up-sell. I especially appreciated Johnny taking time to explain the issue & tell me how I could prolong the life of my pipes to avoid a major construction project. It was a stressful situation & they took a lot of time to return my calls over the weekend.
I'm involved with a new home purchase and asked Best Jet Sewer and Drain to perform a full septic inspection. On the other hand, the seller wanted a certificate of septic compliance required for closing. Our realtors verified with them that they could perform a full septic inspection AND provide the certificate of compliance. Best Jet agreed that they could do both.
