Best jet black
Bertha cancelled our Friday appointment for no specific reason after I took off work to be home during the 2 hour window they gave me. She rescheduled appointment to Monday…took off work again to be at home…no show, no call, no response to a message I left them- two days have passed-still nothing. Disappointed to say the least and a complete waste of my time.
Called on a sunday for emergency service. Never got a call back! Ever.
Best Jet are the BEST! They came to empty our tank, found there was another problem. Jonathan dug thru DRY clay, found the problem (there since the installation 21 years ago - NOT done by Best Jet) and made it right - MUCH better all the way around than we had! Wonderful people. Competent. Personable. Definitely recommend!
Great service and very useful advice. Did everything the said they would do for the price quoted. Highly recommended.
