Up front & didn’t try to up-sell. I especially appreciated Johnny taking time to explain the issue & tell me how I could prolong the life of my pipes to avoid a major construction project. It was a stressful situation & they took a lot of time to return my calls over the weekend.
I'm involved with a new home purchase and asked Best Jet Sewer and Drain to perform a full septic inspection. On the other hand, the seller wanted a certificate of septic compliance required for closing. Our realtors verified with them that they could perform a full septic inspection AND provide the certificate of compliance. Best Jet agreed that they could do both. Best jet serviced our septic tank. They we quick and honest. Would recommend anyone with plumbing issues or non issues contact Craig and his team at Best Jet.
They’ve helped us out several times. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend them!
Guys are extremely knowledgeable and they show up to do the job...a different company promised to show up for more than a year but never did...was always ...be there this week...next week ect...
