We have been eating here for over 30 years. A favorite of ours for sure! Best pizza and garlic rolls! Love eating outside by the little river. Even saw a beat walking down the river tonight!

Garlic knots were awesome and the staff was very accommodating. They also came by and took complimentary pictures which was pretty cool!

amazing service! we were in Gatlinburg for a family wedding and running late to dinner. the team here at Best Italian happiliy welcomed our party of 14 in with open hands 45 mins prior to closing. they worked hard to make sure we were happy and boy were we! food and service both were out of this world, and that bread!!!!!!! definitely making this a tradition on our vacations!

Kaan came up to us while we were waiting for our food and offered to take our pictures. He took a few pictures of us and some of us and the kids. He was very nice and did one heck of a job. Great guy. Loved the photos.
