WORST restaurant experience I have ever had! Not a Kid/ Family friendly place. It doesnt matter how good the food is if the service is terrible. Went there today with my family...I happend to have my 12 month old son with us when we walked in. The hostess (old lady with short grey hair) seen we had a baby and got us a table ready and told us he'd need to sit in a booster seat because the spot she made COULDNT have a high chair like I wanted... so I tried making it work. Yummy. A favorite when we visit the Smokies. Those garlic rolls. My mouth is watering!

Terrible service! Waiter named Sean either spit in my drink or put some kind if nasty junk in my drink! I called later to try and find out what it was and the waiter and everybody there said they don't remember any of that happening! I don't care if the waiter has been there for 20 years!!! Terrible service!!!!!!
Went there with my family. We ordered pizza but got water to drink. When the bill came they had charged me $2 per glass when I questioned this the mgr came over and told me that was their policy and that several restaurants in Gatlinburg charged for water.... I found that not to be true.. I will not return to this restaurant again.

Favorite place in the Mts ... Best calzones, pasta and the garlic rolls are to die for.... Love, love, love this place... Don't let the decor fool you, the food is great!!
