Excellent pizza. Fair prices. Quaint, retro atmosphere. Usually slow and below-average service. The last time we were there, my wife and I took one sip of our sodas and about spit it out. We told the waitress and she said, “Yep, our carbonation has been bad all day on all the sodas.” Not sure if it ever crossed her mind to actually let us know before we ordered?!?

The name says it all! My favorite is the Calzone (adding mushroom and Italian sausage) but it’s a must split with someone for sure!
My wife and I were visiting Gatlinburg on Presidents’ Day and were craving pizza. We looked up reviews and decided to try Best Italian. The sidewalks were packed but when we walked into the restaurant, we were the only ones...at noon. The hostess seated us and told us that our server would be right with us. 10 minutes later, no server. In an empty Restaurant. She was just walking around, blatantly ignoring us. Wish we could’ve tried the food but the service was clearly going to be terrible so we left. Very unfortunate
Unable to rate the food due to no one coming over to even take our drink order. We attempted to eat here and after 5 minutes waiting we were finally acknowledged by a staff member and shown to our seat. 8 -10 minutes of sitting there in our seat watching waiters walk by without acknowledging us was enough for us. Terrible service...
Bee is amazing! So glad we stopped in for one of "The best bloody Mary's in town"
