Absolutely love Best Italian! It is always a must do for our family every time we go to the smokies. The pizza is the best in town and is great for leftovers as you’re hiking through the park. The garlic rolls are to die for! We love going to the one in Elks Plaza and avoiding the crowds of the one in the hustle of the main strip. The elk plaza location also rarely has a wait and the staff is amazing. To our family, Best Italian is a Gatlinburg staple and can’t wait to keep coming back for years to come!
Greasy cheesy New York style pizza for a good price! Garlic rolls tasty, too!
The food and service was terrible. It was definitely not best Italian. We waited over an hour for our food and it wasn't even that great.

Best Italian we tasted in a while
My family was thrilled with our dining experience here, especially after a not so great experience the night before. The service was top notch! I wish I'd caught the name of our server because he was great. He was attentive and friendly. We started with mozzarella sticks, which were delicious. Then, we had the garlic rolls. Oh my!
