Scam... Run. Nobody will make you pay 100$ per adult per application. Like I said I'll do application and background but I'm not paying for it. That's nuts. I'm not a go fly by night guy. Not desperate. That's a scam for your company to make money. You In there right mind would pay 100 per adult for all that. What if you have 3 or 4 different people apply to rent the place and all 3 or 4 people pass the background, so then you decide who u want to rent too.
