Very friendly staff, and great prices. Homes are affordable and have modern touches, and safety. Impact doors and windows are a must for Florida homes, so my family is safe during any storm. They actually answer your calls and questions. They also give you guided private tours of their homes, and agent was very informative. If you need a rental, this is the place to check out!!!
Scam artists if you value your money and don’t want to pay more than what your rent is I suggest renting somewhere else they change everything on their leases THAT IS ILLEGAL alone! I guess they are asking for a BIG LAW SUIT they will get it eventually sooner than they think! The public needs to know about BAD real estate companies and contractors and also management companies opening up all over Florida
