The inspector missed items that were caught 2 years later when we sold the house. Things that did not meet code, things that were fire hazards, things that apparently to other inspectors were obvious. When we sold the house were stuck paying to fix the issues we had no idea existed. Find a better inspector, can't be that hard because this guy was terrible.
Greg the inspector is extremely thorough and responsive and has good customer service. Linda the person that answered the phone is top-notch. There modern and do email and they are a great bunch of people to work with.
