Absolutely wonderful to work with, even did everything they could to move up delivery and install since grandson came up early. The swing set is FABULOUS! This has been the best day for our family in a long time!! The builders Lone and Oscar were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, were extremely professional and gave great advice on the best way to place the swing-set. Best in Backyards is phenomenal! I ordered a playscape from across the country by phone to be installed for my grandchildren in Bethany, CT, and it was done without a hitch. Both Janice and John were super friendly and professional and helped me make an informed selection. What a great experience from beginning to end. Janice and John answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The installation team of Jeremy, Danilo and Bryand worked tirelessly through the rain to ensure it was set up and ready to go on the same day.
Rarely these days do I experience the top level customer service that I was given today at the Cheshire Best In Backyards store. I waited too long to shop for a playset for my granddaughter's birthday. To my delight and complete surprise Michelle, in scheduling, was able to find a way to install the playset on time for the birthday party!!! Yay! And a huge thank you for the help and guidance to Janice who directed me to the perfect set! I'll definitely be back when my other grandchildren are ready for playsets
