I had a very pleasant experience with Best in Backyards! It was a chilly, drizzly day when I stopped by to check out swing sets for my kids. Janice braved the elements and came outside and answered EVERY question I had. I never felt rushed. My kids were allowed to sample the playsets and were very happy to be there. Repair Shoddy Installation Issues Without ignoring the customer
We received our 10’ x 12’ shed today which was built onsite and I wanted to give you guys a review. We made our purchase at the Danbury location and were helped by Tod M. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and totally not a pushy sales person. He answered all our questions and guided us smoothly through our purchase.
