First off this company should change their name to WORST in backyards. I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service - and I am not even coming at this as a Karen. We first scheduled a hot tub service/cleaning with a gentleman named Tod in the Danbury location. We knew when we ordered back in July that it was going to be a wait. Well, the wait was worth it. They came when they said and this playground looks like it’s been in my backyard forever. Thank you so much! Quality material and a product that isn’t moving like the swing sets of my day. Haha The guys who came to install were amazing and super sweet. They did an outstanding job with the install! I would highly recommend Best in Backyards!

Terrible! Don’t buy! I ordered a playground set in June. They told me 10 weeks for the install. I told them ok for an install in August. The day before the install, they called and said they don’t have it. Now I have to wait another 10 weeks! Until November! That’s 20 weeks! Bad business and totally unacceptable.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! From there knowledgeable agents to the fast shipping, to the ease of putting the set together, to the quality of the products, and the reasonable prices. You can even custom pick different things you want to have in your swing set! Everything was just smooth and easy. I have 3 kids 9, 3, and 1 and they all love it.
