I consulted Dr. Hsu for cellfina treatment. I proceeded with the procedure, except she wasn’t the one doing it, her techs did it. Had I known that she delegates surgical procedures to people who may or may not have a high school diploma, I would’ve never come to this practice. Regardless, it’s been close to three years and my rear end is completely and totally disfigured.
