This company needs BBB to shut them down
I purchased a BHI mini split from Lowe’s. with this company listed as the vendor. The unit worked less than a day and now displays a EO error. I have spent hundreds for my hvac technician to determine the problem. They can’t figure it out. This company will not return phone calls, texts, or emails. Beware!
I had a huge problem with this company that sells these AUX AC units, but now they have made it right. I like these ac units and would buy more. If a customer has a faulty AC unit do not hesitate to replace.
