My title reflected the wrong address and everything for past year has been screwed up. Everything like will, trust, etc. had to be redone and attorney fees coughed up. The bank refused to pay the insurance company bc the address was incorrect so I had to pay insurance personally while bank is threatening to use the escrow monies to buy extra insurance on a property address I don't even own. And when I called Tracie, her response was she couldn't even find my file and it isn't their fault. Total nightmare. Zero stars.
