Worked through Ryan Cronin on a FSBO where he would write the contract for a fee. We negotiated a set, flat fee. Ryan insisted on more money, but we finally mutually agreed on an amount. I spent 30 minutes in his office while he reviewed the contract. Two times during this 30 minutes, Ryan called his broker to understand how he was going to get paid and make sure he had the correct compensation documentation.
