DO NOT USE BEST HOME SERVICES!! Wanted an anode rod replacement for my water heater was quoted $370!!! Insane! Also was given extremely high quotes for replacing a well pump and installing a osmosis system, I didn’t want either!!! A new anode rod is less than $60. If you want to be overcharged for simple fixes this company will give you very expensive quotes to try to steal your money. The absolute worst. They just want to rip you off. SCAMMERS!!! I would give zero stars and rename it Worst home services. My cousin waits home all morning for an 8-1 window, confirmed appointment, only to be called at 12:30 to reschedule. Our time is valuable whether you can believe that or not. Lately, customer service is non- existent in Southwest Florida

There's the appointment no part told they'd be here Friday morning early I called at 11:30 and they didn't have me on the schedule yet. They put me on the schedule until 6p was told at 5:30 p.m. that they couldn't get the part earlier this morning but they didn't bother to tell me that no one would show up and they didn't have a part and I would have to wait till Monday.
