One of the worst medical supply vendors I have dealt with. They do not contact customers to remind them to have cpap supplies ordered on a regular basis. They were not able to pull cpap usage data properly off memory cards, and in the past did not bill insurance properly. Staff a were friendly on the phone and in person though . Other experiences may vary. Overall poor customer service and I haven't been able to get cpap supplies from them for about nine months now.
Didnt want to even give them a 1 star rating but no the people their dont want to help they are in a hurry to get the machine to people but dont care if its works or not even with a place bought them out still the same people there
Very poor service! They can’t find your account to order supplies but can when billing! Fact! Changed over to different name…gone downhill! Wouldn’t have rated with one star but was only way to leave a TRUTHFUL review!
I would give zero stars but then it won’t let me leave a review, do not use this company to try and get your cpap supplies, their customer service is horrible if you do get through to talk with someone and place an order for cpap supplies you can bet they will not be concerned about when or even if they will fill that order and ship it out to you, again do not use this company, I will be using another company in the future
