My husband had an appointment there today at 11 o’clock and then he gets there and they say they can’t service him with his CPAP supplies After driving all the way there, and then the woman proceeds to say that my husband is being too loud when in fact, he talks loud because he’s already hearing and it has several health issues She gets up, shoves him, out of her office and drops his CPAP machine on the ground her name is Anna or Hannah or something like that she’s is horrible and so are the rest of the staff down there they... read more

I have had multiple issues with this company in regards to my BiPAP. My first sleep study was done in May 2024 and I was told I would hear something back regarding my sleep study within two weeks. In mid-July 2024, I was finally contacted about my scheduling a time to get my machine. Between getting my machine and following up with my doctor, I had pressure issues (the pressure was FAR too high) and my mask was causing sores on my nose (I now have a cool scar on my nose from the mask). One of the worst medical supply vendors I have dealt with. They do not contact customers to remind them to have cpap supplies ordered on a regular basis. They were not able to pull cpap usage data properly off memory cards, and in the past did not bill insurance properly. Staff a were friendly on the phone and in person though . Other experiences may vary. Overall poor customer service and I haven't been able to get cpap supplies from them for about nine months now.

Didnt want to even give them a 1 star rating but no the people their dont want to help they are in a hurry to get the machine to people but dont care if its works or not even with a place bought them out still the same people there
