Excellent Customer Service – For many years we used a carpet cleaning company that went out of business last year. I saw a flyer for Best Home Systems in a mailer, and decided they couldn't be any worse than the company I'd randomly chosen a few months before: The workers showed up drunk and stank of body odor and cigarettes, then left half of their equipment and bottles at my house. Do not call this company – This company was supposed to perform a complete check and tune of my furnace as advertised in a coupon mailer. When the technician arrived he was there 5 minutes and was on his cell phone the entire time. I asked to have a different technician come out and was promised an appointment, but got a call 15 minutes into my appontment time that no one was coming. They did a great job on my couches – I found them in the Verizon Yellow pages, which had a coupon for 30% off. "Chris" cleaned 2 couches and took his time. He did a PHOENOMINAL job. I'll be using BEST from now on. Will & Holie Romero

Worst Service to my Furnace – Best home cleaning systems did the annual cleaning of my furnace. They did not know what they were doing and damaged the main contol board in my furnace this caused the Electronic Air cleaner to not work which then led to the whole furnace failing. I just paid the repairman from Bell plumbing and Heating $660 to fix it.
