We were so hot for several days. What a relief to have it fixed! Thankyou!!
He came out to change one filter. I was short that filter when the service guy was here to change them. He told me to let them know when we have the filter and he would come by the next time they were in Ivins. They didn't charge me. That was very nice.
The technician has been great. He was an hour passed the window of when they said he would be here. Communication could have been better on that.
