Best heating and cooling is simply put the best. From the first call to get a quote from Craig in which he explained the process and gave us several options, to the one day installation of our new furnace and additional air conditioning unit (just in time) the crew at Best did everything they could to make sure the furnace was installed and working properly and the clean up afterwards was great. After 29 years of faithful service, my heat pump was saying that it was tired and ready for retirement. After a service call by Hunter, he confirmed that it was time. We sat down and discussed viable options and also why one of them would be a best choice. The next day, I recieved a call from the office (Andi (spelling probably wrong)) and set up a time and date for installing the new heat pump, The installers arrived early, and after giving them an orientation to where everything was located, they went right to work.
