5 stars, for sure. I called these guys about a year ago when our AC was leaking and my wife was pregnant at the house. Her comfort was of utmost importance. Their tech came out and got it all figured out (and with a printable coupon that I have no shame printing and using off their website), for a pretty reasonable cost. Fast forward to last week. Once again Best Heating and Cooling provided us with 5 star care. Our Mini Split unit failed and due to its age repair of it didn’t make financial sense. Chris provided us with a couple options for replacement on a Thursday, we called Best that afternoon with our choice of units and on Tuesday Blake and a coworker arrived and did the installation. Blake, Sinjen and Max installed my heat pump. They worked well as a team, were polite, friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered and they were great with my dogs. I highly recommend them!
