The gentleman who serviced my AC was great: punctual, good-natured, communicative, quick at his profession. He gave substantive answers to all my questions; not only did my AC come back online, but feel marginally more empowered to keep the AC healthy.

I called Best Electrical Heating And Cooling when I needed a technician the same day, and they were able to send someone out right away. Ben was very professional and efficient, and he was able to identify the issue quickly. I was happy to have him come on the same day I called, and I felt that the charge was worth it gave the urgency of the situation.
