PROS: I was able to make an appointment with ease. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. All procedures and services were explained. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: The front door drags a lot and doesn't close with ease. While waiting in the lobby, I could hear the patient and staff discussing their treatment and care. Due to Hippa laws, this made me uneasy when it was time for my appointment. Awesome. I wish all hearing services were like this. I was here on vacation and they made time for me on a Sunday to repair my hearing aids. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Both the receptionist and the hearing aid specialist were outstanding. Highly recommended.
