Worst customer service, they treat moms and their tiny kids rude
Very rude when answering the phone. Called to inquire more information about the insurances they accept as advised on the website to do, and was remarked with “why the hell are you calling us then” when we told the receptionist on the phone that we lived in the next town over. Very unprofessional, very distasteful won’t be recommending to other moms within the community.
Very long wait for Dr. Alan but worth it!
