I took Alfie to Best Grooming By Lana today, they were really good with him and very patient when clipping his nails, he was so good for them and they were really good about establishing trust with him. we will definitely be going back there from now on ❤️
They are just the best with the animals, kind and caring, careful about doing things the correct way. HIGHLY recommend!
Took my Bichpoo puppy neo for his first grooming ever today and he looks absolutely fabulous. I didn't know it was possible for him to be any more handsome than he already was! Lana and her team do an awesome job and also take the extra step to educate pet owners about maintainence of the pets coat. You can tell that they truly care about and love the animals they work with. if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Grooming by Lana is hands down the best grooming experience I have had with my baby Buddha in Carbondale. I originally went to PetSmart (when I didn't know any better) and was extremely unhappy with the grooming results. I'm SO glad to have found this place and have had nothing but great service, great prices, and complete satisfaction every time I've been. 10/10 recommend
