I have been using best granite for over 2 years, I fix and Flipe house in dfw, every time I need countertops I use them, why I choose them? 1// More professional work 2// on time 3// very reasonable price even I can say cheaper than anyone I know! 4// the most part I liked about best granite is they are friendly and helpful
I have them install granite counter tops and all went well. The price was very good and the granite was much better than just the everyday stuff. This was back in 2013. Rick N
If you go to their website the offer granite at $24 a square foot. Great price so we picked out a slab at this price point. A week later the installer from Best Granite came to our home to measure our counter tops. Everything was going smooth and we were excited to get new granite counters. Another Scam Artist. He tells me to come by his place. All his Granite counter top slabs are the same price. I ask him what about a level 3 compared to a level 1. He told me same price. Something fishy about this guy. Doesn't answer the phone.
Non-responsive. After picking out my granite, sending measurements and email follow-ups, No reponse. Take your chances visting. I visited to place a deposit and they were not open. Followed up and no response. Decided to take my business elsewhere. If they treat you like this initially, there is obviously no customer service.
