March 2022, contact was made with Best Glass & Mirror. They arrived as scheduled, measured and offered an option for door side panels (2) that was exactly what we wanted. An estimate was given to us over the phone and approval for the work was given - all this took place before the end of March. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks. That wasn't a problem. Best is the WORST !! Had to send a check before they began work on new glass shelf for my breakfront. Did NOT inform me that there was a $75.00 delivery charge. Requested in writing ( with check) a bevilled edge. When I went to pick up glass , man who assisted putting wrapped glass in car assured me there was a bevilled edge. There was not! Telephoned receptionist who the lied to me, denying my request for bevilled edge. Also took over 1 month and my follow up telephone call to get glass done. BG&M completely understood the precision of cuts needed on my order. I am extremely pleased with the 3 large pieces of plexiglass BG&M cut to enclose my miniature townhouses. They cut each panel EXACTLY as requested and drilled mounting holes PERFECTLY to my measurements. I am beyond words on the excellence demonstrated in the results.
