DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They put my garage door in crooked and when I asked them to fix it they made 5 appointments and never showed up to any of them. No calls either to let us know he wasn’t coming. Just 5 separate times I had to take time off work to be there. Beyond unprofessional! This company is trash!
Cliff repaired my garage and he was so great. He is very straight forward, knowledgeable and transparent. He’s been doing garage repairs and doors for over 14 years, so he has great expertise knowledgeable when it comes to doors. Want to advise anyone who would consider using Best Garage Door LLC to stay clear. I had them replace a spring on my garage door and had to leave for a prior appointment. They replaced the spring (which I questioned) and then charged my card without reaching out first. My mistake for providing that information before leaving. Anyway they charged $1,200 for a spring replacement! Had my garage door opener installed and the installer mounted the safety sensors about two feet off the ground instead of at the proper height near the floor. This made the door difficult to close without tripping the sensors and left the bottom of the door unsafe since it wouldn’t detect items underneath.
