I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Best Garage Door LLC. When my garage door spring system malfunctioned, my first call was to Best Garage Door because they had originally installed my garage door opener. They scheduled a service appointment with a four-hour arrival window. Near the very end of that window, I received a call telling me they would not be coming and would instead need to reschedule for the following day. Scam! They tell you same day and you fall into the trap. They are not trained and do not even come in company Vechile. They charge you more than other vendors. DO NOT USE THEM!
Would be zero stars but wouldn’t let me. Absolutely horrible. They installed a new motor that is too small for my door and two months later when I was having trouble they sent a young kid out who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. My sensors were working when he got and weren’t working after I spoke to the owner who hung up on me. I had him leave and called another company. AVOID AT ALL COST. WILL BE FILLING COMPLAINTS WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND BBB!!!

I called "Middletown Township Garage Repair" and they sent someone from "Best Garage Door Service" I needed a spring and cable replaced on a door and he said he needed to replace both springs. My mistake was not discussing price before hand. When the Tech was done he said it would be $1400.00. I told him I was not paying that and he could take the springs and cables out.
