If you need a new garage door or any garage door service do yourself a favor and go to someone else and do not use this company because this is what you are going to get. See photos. I had two new garage doors installed by this racket. The door on the right the frame was not secured. More than half of the frame going up on the right hand side was not secured. The door kept jerking and stopping every time it tried to go up. The technician figured out the issue right away and got it running properly again.
Moved into a new home and the old garage door would not close, not only did Best Garage Door Repair figured the problem but also installed an entire new garage door..service was very fast and and so professional. Recommend 10/10
Just had the supposed owner show up to my location and tell me that I was very weird twice as I told him that I didn’t want him to use my own WD-40 on the supposed new rollers that were installed a few weeks ago as they are getting caught up when the door is closing. I wasn’t happy with how I was being treated especially since I was called weird by the supposed owner when I asked him to leave my location. Terrible!! Stay away from this company as they do not value customer service. Ben did a tremendous job with my install. However when I called because I wasn't given the proper equipment so I can setup my Homelink I was told they would have to charge me $150 to provide me with something that I should've received during my initial install. I will not be doing any further business with this company and neither should you! If I could I would give zero stars.
