Had my door replaced July 2024. Really only wanted the springs replaced since that was all that was broken but I had a wooden (very heavy) door they said it had to be replace with an aluminum (very light) door. I called around - no one replaces springs on these types of door it seems. I was charge over $2000 to replace a garage door. Today - March 22, 2025 - one of the wheels fell off since the bolts came loose. I'll be replacing these bolts with better quality material on both sides. Still missing my old wooden door. The service technician was not professional on his recommendation for the installation that he did recommend. He put the springs on the hangers and they were bent and could not use the door to open and close.
