Our A/C was not working properly. Called and they scheduled a service for the next day. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem. The only charge was for the service call. Would recommend them for service
needed service work on 7 year old AC & thermostat. Scheduled on a monday, they came out on a thursday at the exact time they said they would. Friendly tech diagnosed the issue, fixed it, didn't try to upsell my wife anything. price was overly reasonable compare to others in trumbull county. Excellent experience across the board.

After using Best Furnace for years, I can't get my annual furnace check up scheduled until mid December, more than 30 days away. That doesn't work for me.
Horrible company. We had them out and the guy said it was a switch problem, no it was this and finally said no mother board-most expensive part. Fine he changed it. It worked for a few days…..same thing happened and back out they came, mother board was bad, we got a bad mother board installed, fine….under warranty but another 90 labor fee. 2 weeks later WE ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WE STARTED WITH WTH? We will be calling someone else that’s for sure….BEWARE of this company
