After using Best Furnace for years, I can't get my annual furnace check up scheduled until mid December, more than 30 days away. That doesn't work for me.

Horrible company. We had them out and the guy said it was a switch problem, no it was this and finally said no mother board-most expensive part. Fine he changed it. It worked for a few days…..same thing happened and back out they came, mother board was bad, we got a bad mother board installed, fine….under warranty but another 90 labor fee. 2 weeks later WE ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WE STARTED WITH WTH? We will be calling someone else that’s for sure….BEWARE of this company

Within hours the technician, Steve arrived. He was reassuring the furnace could be fixed on the spot. He was very efficient and installed a blower in minutes. I was grateful my furnace was successfully operating again.

If you want something fixed with duct tape that rolls up and doesn’t work in 7 months call Best Furnace. This malfunctioned on a Friday evening during freezing weather when rates were $130 p/hr for the weekend. Also, recommend if you do use their service, no matter how small the job, get a written estimate before they do it.
