Very thoughtful and knowledgable vets! We were able to be scheduled quickly and have a follow up diagnostic test done the next day that probably saved my dogs life.
I ordered some medication from Chewy, as recommended by my vet, but the vet has been taking way too long to respond to the pharmacy. Because of this, my dog has been without her medication for an extended period. I called to ask if another doctor in the clinic could approve the prescription, but they told me there was no one else who could do it—and they were rude about it. I’ve been going to this vet for a long time, but after this experience, I’ve decided that I will no longer be using their services.
