I have a 4 year old maltipoo that has never been sick until we started boarding at this place. After his first stay he came home with a wound and infection under his chest, second time, ear infection and third time wound and infection on his tale. During his last stay, I made a copy of his recent vaccination records but they did not even ask or check, so I believe this is the reason for all the health problems. Such a great place with nice staff. My little girl was taken care of and so happy. She got a nice bath and stayed in the luxury suite. I was sent update pictures and overall I loved the place.
Communication was excellent and my dog was a very happy customer!
