My pup is so happy to arrive here for daycare, she runs to the door! That tells me a lot. She loves playing with other small dogs (in an area separate from larger dogs). Prices are fair. Staff is super friendly and love their jobs. We could not be more satisfied with Best Friends Johnson Ferry!
I love Best Friend Pet Hotel for my rescue dog, Blue B., she is only 9 months old little girl. The staff is incredibly friendly, Rick, Bianca, and the whole team are caring, and making me feel confident that they are going to take care of my precious rescue dog. I appreciate that they have cameras so I can check in on Blue anytime and see how she is doing. They have a regular space for dogs and “luxury rooms” with a TV for them. The staff did a good job of respecting my quirky dog's boundaries and not pushing her past her comfort zone, and she seemed to be happy when I picked her up.
