Best Friends Pet Hotel was flexible and helped out so much. I am looking forward to the next time my dogs go back.
We left our cat for a week while we were on vacation and they took excellent care of her. We are super happy with her treatment and will probably be back for our next vacation.
My dog runs to the staff with excitement every time we walk in, whether for boarding or grooming. And he’s not always that receptive to new people, so I know he feels safe and comfortable there.
Such a great experience. Synna is a nervous rescue, so I’m always anxious leaving her anywhere, but the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and understand that every dog is different. She came home relaxed, happy, and very well cared for. The facility felt clean, organized, and professional, and the communication gave me real peace of mind while I was away. So grateful to have found this place.
Just a reminder that your pet does not matter to this disgusting, pathetic excuse for an origination. They couldn’t care less about your pet’s life. It has been several years since our sweet dog died in the care of this establishment. She was “unsupervised” during play time while in the presence of large dogs, and was brutally killed by one, while no one was supervising.
