The staff take great care of my babies, Violet and Lola. They even give Lola extra attention when her sister Violet is in playgroup and she just gets individual care.
I love Best Friend Pet Hotel for my rescue dog, Blue B., she is only 7 months old little girl. The staff is incredibly friendly, Rick, Bianca, and the whole team are caring, and making me feel confident that they are going to take care of my precious rescue dog. I appreciate that they have cameras so I can check in on Blue anytime and see how she is doing. They have a regular space for dogs and “luxury rooms” with a TV for them. But from the moment we toured Best Friends Pet Hotel, we felt at ease. The facility is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff genuinely cares about the dogs—they even knew every pup by name!
