Such a great experience. Synna is a nervous rescue, so I’m always anxious leaving her anywhere, but the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and understand that every dog is different. She came home relaxed, happy, and very well cared for. The facility felt clean, organized, and professional, and the communication gave me real peace of mind while I was away. So grateful to have found this place.
Just a reminder that your pet does not matter to this disgusting, pathetic excuse for an origination. They couldn’t care less about your pet’s life. It has been several years since our sweet dog died in the care of this establishment. She was “unsupervised” during play time while in the presence of large dogs, and was brutally killed by one, while no one was supervising. Our dog died in their care after they left our small dog in a play area with big dogs. She was killed by a big dog. No oversight of dog behavior or group play. Horrible.
Our Ollie always is excited to visit Best Friend's Pet Hotel. The staff do a great job. Very responsive and caring. We appreciate them taking such great care of our boy when he visits!
My Scottie loves going here! He's so spoiled watching TV all day. You can also have your dog professionally groomed during their scheduled all day visit. So convenient! Staff is VERY friendly & you can tell luvs dogs. Take a tour & you will notice how clean it is & no odors. Glad I found them!!
