Excellent atmosphere that made me feel like my rats were in safe hands. It's only their first night of recovery, but I'm confident things will be fine. Glad they're in town.

Good prices and the staff and vet really care about animals and treat you like a friend not just a client.
We had a great visit today! Our dog King is not an easy dog to work with. He doesn't do well with other dogs or getting injections/ blood drawn. Dr. Preston and her technician Laci did an amazing job with him today. They made sure that he felt comfortable every step of the way, and they were able to give him his vaccines and draw blood for his tests without muzzling him or scaring him. I have been coming to Best Friends Pet Clinic and seeing Dr. Preston and Dr. Martin since I was a kid with all of my family pets! My first pet I believe was ever taken there was my ferret, Cosmo, who Dr. Preston treated. I was probably 8 years old then. I recently moved back to Fort Smith from Tulsa, and I will be taking my fur son, Blazer the Aussie, back to you guys. The veterinarian and technician were both so sweet and comforting to my dog, she had a great time stiffing around and making friends with the staff. They gave me great advice and let me know some options for getting more affordable medicine. We had a great experience and we'll be back when our kitten is old enough for her first exam.
dr.preston is super super nice and was so awesome with Piper and everyone there was super nice..
They have always treated my babies great and with so much compassion..
Such a wonderful experience. Upon urgent need, they were able to get us in and provided loving and expert care all the way from receptionist, to technician, to veterinarian!
