Absolutely garbage. The groomer tried stealing a dog because the owner was late.

resting comfortably after a bowl of water and a nice walk, waiting on her owner , who wasn't charged any extra.
Posting and claiming a dog as "my new dog" when the owner is late is extremely unprofessional. As well as lamenting when they return, and saying "the dog only gave a 1/8th wag of her tail" as if to say the dog was happier with you. Shame on you, bad business practices.

She wanted to leave Cassie with me longer than the few hours after I closed. But I said she needed picked up by 4:00 I took excellent care of Cassie.
My Molly used to fight me when going to the groomer, but since going to Best Friends Pets, I ask her if she is ready to go to the beauty shop and she gets over excited. Always runs to the door and scratches to get in. She loves it. Always gets great cuts and never any nicks. Can’t say enough good things about them.
