Wow - our friend uses Best Friends Automotive exclusively. He called my husband and was on Seminole - his car wouldn’t go into gear. He was calling BFA for advice on a wrecker - he deals with Brad - we went to go get him - right after we got there a technician from BFA came walking up to see if he could take care of it. I had a situation with my car at 4:45pm that required immediate attention, my brake lights wouldn't turn off, therefore my battery was going to die if I didn't get if fixed ASAP. I pulled in and found a tech working on a car in one of the bays, GEO was his name. By Monday, they had already diagnosed the issue and completed the repair.
