We had a surprise flat tire right in front of the store and they were happy to help with a fantastic price. They also have a little shop cat named Fred. He is a good cat

Fair honest, friendly, competent, reliable, treats men and women alike (women, you know what I mean), never price gouges, never says you need something you don't need. We have used them since they opened in 2017 with our old cars and our new cars. In life, you need a trustworthy PCP, dentist, and mechanic. Best Friends Automotive just took care of one out of the three. Mary and Dale Update: May, 2026. Still great service and easy to work with. They have cared for our cars for 9 years.

I have used Best Friends Automotive to service my vehicle for several years. They are honest mechanics. They recently worked on my front brakes, and the cost was very reasonable. I haven't been to a dealership in years. I trust Best Friends to do a good job for a fair price.
