Service and staff were amazing!!! So kind, friendly and knowledgable. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable about leaving the animal in their care. They even loaned me the proper cage needed for free! They also offered microchipping for an unbeliavably good deal as well as the vaccinations. Kitty was even all done and ready to go earlier than originally expected. They treated my animals & I good. I just wish I could get ahold of someone, so I can get a copy of my dogs spay papers. I've tried everything I know. & still can't get to a person to help.
We adopted a puppy from castle valley animal rescue and paid the fee for the puppy which was to include spaying and 1st set of shots. Come to find out castle valley animal rescue uses the orem site which is now closed indefinitely. Castle Valley animal rescue will only refund 50.00 for the spaying if we take the puppy to a local vet which will cost us 290.00. We paid upfront 250.00 to Castle Valley Animal Rescue which was to include the spaying. My only alternative is to go to small claims court and will include Orem spaying... read more
